Florencia Lamarca is a somatic therapist, professional dancer and founder of the Fluentbody™ method.
With over 10 years of experience in facilitating somatic therapy and Fluentbody™ in different countries and environments, she created the Fluentbody Academy in 2021.
Since then, people from all over the world have completed the training here in Berlin.

About the Academy
The Fluentbody™ Teacher Training consists of 4 modules, each held over three days (friday, saturday, sunday). The modules are spaced about 2 months apart, allowing you to absorb and practice the material with your collegues.
During the training we will dive into the deep intelligence of our bodies. You’ll learn how to connect with and transfer this embodied knowledge into life and how to support others in doing the same – through movement, breath, touch, specific verbal guidance and a variety of practical tools that shape a Fluentbody™ session.
All material will be taught by Florencia Lamarca. She is supported by Anna Schäfer and Jette Schwarz, both Fluentbody™ Facilitators and somatic therapists.

Why Fluentbody now?
How do we return to what matters and to what has heart? How do we remember humility, generosity, strength and kindness? What becomes possible when we are in touch with ourselves, each other and life from a place of integrity and curiosity, allowing peace with questions that have no easy answers?
Fluentbody is about finding belonging, relief and freedom in being human. As life moves us in many ways, guiding us into a quest for care and resilience, we learn to move with it, naturally. In this dialogue, Fluentbody roots us in connection and embodied aliveness that has the potential to reach beyond personal experience into how we relate to each other and the world in general. It is a necessary return to our bodies that ripples far.

A new way of learning
Not only will the Fluentbody™ Teacher Training be a journey of personal growth but you will learn how to support and guide people through theirs.
Fluentbody™ is a method based on somatic principles recentering our body as a source of safety, aliveness, generosity and knowledge. Because of that we weave together theory about how to use the specific tools and extensive space for actual practice, emphasizing experiential learning through personal evidence and lived experience.
It is important to us that we further learn how to integrate these teachings into our own life, ensuring the material reaches beyond theory.

What you will receive:
70 hours of in-person teaching
Personal feedback during the training to enhance your unique qualities
Practice groups in between modules
Post-Training online facilitator only sessions led by Florencia
Telegram group to offer your sessions to the global Fluentbody community and to exchange with other facilitators
The cost of the training is 2.400€ (incl. VAT), including the registration fee of 480€.
Payment possible in total or payment plans: 4 instalments of 480€ (smaller instalment amounts possible)

Certification: You will receive a Certification as a Fluentbody facilitator.
Requirements to join the Teacher Training: Participation in at least 3 Fluentbody sessions (online or in-person). If that is not possible for you, please write us an email.
